AdvGenCMS is an open-source CMS built by us. Our aim is to build a simple and lightweight CMS. Furthermore, it uses advanced technologies and is implemented by C#, LINQ and MVC3 with the TinyMCE WYSIWYG Editor.

This could be the foundation of your web framework.
